加賀象嵌
據說，加賀氏的第二代藩主前田利永邀請京都的後藤拓丈開發了裝飾刀劍稻田的技術。 用鑿子將金屬表面的鑲嵌圖案向下雕刻，深度為0.1～0.2毫米，底部加寬。 然後，將另一種顏色的金屬插入圖案中，並用錘子和鑿子從上方敲擊。 它的特點是“平面鑲嵌”技術，其中沖壓金屬延伸到燕尾榫上並固定，使其不會脫落。
封建統治時期，主要以兵器為主，特別是加賀鑲嵌馬鐙（馬鐙）被視為世間傑作，供奉給幕府諸侯。 明治維新後滅絕，但因製作花瓶和香爐而復興。
